If you are attending a pain clinic for the first time, Dr. Wei Lan aims to make your visit as comfortable and helpful as possible.

At your appointment, Dr. Lan will take the time to listen carefully to your story and understand how pain is affecting your daily life. He may ask about your symptoms, review any previous medical reports or referrals, and carry out a gentle physical examination if needed.

From this, he will explain your condition in clear, simple terms and work with you to create a personalised treatment plan. This may include advice, medication, or procedures where appropriate.

Treatment is tailored to you and may also involve working with other healthcare professionals such as physiotherapists or specialists. You will be supported in understanding all your options so you can feel confident about your care.
