About the Pain Clinic
We aim to provide our patients with comprehensive, customized rehabilitation and pain management plans to obtain an improved quality of life with all interventional and conservative (non-interventional) treatment options.
Dr. Wei Lan is a Consultant in Interventional Pain Medicine. He is internationally recognised interventional pain medicine expert.
Dr. Lan has three clinics:
- Consultants Private Clinic, Bishopstown Road, Cork.
- Consultants Clinic, UPMC Aut Even Hospital, Kilkenny.
- Consultants Clinic, UPMC Whitfield Hospital, Waterford.
He has pain procedure lists weekly at both UPMC Whitfield Hospital in Waterford and Aut Even Hospital in Kilkenny.
Dr. Lan's specialist interests are: Headaches, Neck Pain, Shoulder Pain, Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS) Upper and Lower Limbs, Back Pain, Sciatica, Pelvic Pain Syndromes, Osteoarthritic hip and Knee Pain, Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) injection for sports injury.
